the location was convenient enough.. it was a short walk to some temples.
the room i booked said it included a sofa, but it wasn't there. when i asked, the staff just said the room's structure couldn't fit one. i reminded me of i didn't get what i paid for.

i stayed for five nights and found the staff consistently helpful i needed assistance with directions they offered clear guidance the provided maps proved useful for exploring nearby attractions i found convenient access to transportation nearby. the room was maintained well it included functional air conditioning that worked effectively. the daily housekeeping ensured a fresh environment in addition the bathroom amenities were replenished regularly i appreciated the thoughtful touch. breakfast offered sufficient variety to start the day i especially liked the fresh fruit selection the coffee was prepared well it provided the needed energy.
the soundproofing could have been improved as some external noise was audible at times it was a slight distraction though not overwhelming.

the room was surprisingly big and comfortable. staff were pleasant. the location is close to the grand palace, the river and temples. i could walk easily to khao san road.
the bathtub did not have hot water, the room was a bit old, and for that price i expected something better somehow!

the breakfast area included an espresso machine and offered cooked-to-order eggs and pancakes. a bar with a large tv screen is available for watching sports programs. two free water bottles were provided daily.

the location was close to tourist attractions, temples, and the chao phraya river, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. it is about a 10-minute walk to khao san road. the hotel is close by a busy road but i did not hear that at all.

The location was central to places I wanted to visit. I found it faster to reach the "street action" using the back route through the neighborhood.
My room did NOT meet expectations, at all. The view from the window was disappointing. The window needed cleaning. The shower curtain needed A good scrub. The shower room needed maintenance. The sewer smelled outside the hotel, I didn't like that.

the air conditioning unit was situated directly above the bed this made it nearly impossible to sleep without enduring a constant stream of cold air i found this particularly challenging given the prevailing hot weather i also noted the absence of adequate storage space for clothing this lack of space impacted the overall organization of my belongings
